Terms of Service

1. Eligibility — adults only

PinkGirlChat is strictly for people aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement. We may suspend or terminate any account we believe belongs to a minor, and we remove such accounts when identified.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Provide accurate information when registering, and tell us promptly via the contact page if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms.

3. Acceptable use

The service is for personal, lawful, adult conversation. You agree not to:

harass, threaten, or demean other users; record, screenshot, or redistribute another user's image, video, or messages without consent; share or request illegal, exploitative, or non-consensual content of any kind; solicit money, gifts, or financial information; impersonate others or misrepresent your identity; attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the service; or use the service for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

Other users are real people. The block and report tools exist to keep the community worth visiting — see the safety page. Violations may lead to content removal, suspension, or termination, and we may report illegal conduct to authorities.

4. Virtual currency and payments

Some features — such as extended calls and VIP extras — use an in-app virtual currency ("coins"). Coins are a limited, non-transferable license to use features inside the service; they are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged back into currency. Prices, coin costs, and VIP terms are always shown in the app before you confirm a purchase, and those in-app terms govern each transaction.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in the app at the time of purchase, purchases of coins or subscriptions are final and non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support with your receipt and we will review it.

5. Content and conduct between users

Conversations on PinkGirlChat happen between users. We do not control and are not responsible for what users say or do, though we enforce these terms when violations are reported. You interact with other adults at your own discretion and risk — never share personal, financial, or identifying information you are not comfortable losing control of.

6. Intellectual property

The service, its design, branding, and content (other than user content) belong to PinkGirlChat and its licensors. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute them without permission. Content you share remains yours, but you grant us the license needed to operate the service (for example, to transmit your video and messages to the person you are talking to).

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we make no promises about the behavior, identity, or intentions of other users beyond the rules and tools described in these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinkGirlChat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including interactions with other users. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
