Contact PinkGirlChat

Something not working, someone misbehaving, or a question the FAQ didn't cover? Write to us — a real person reads every message.

Email us

The support inbox is [email protected]. Write from the email address connected to your account if you have one — it lets us find you quickly. You can also reach us at the support address listed in our app.

Make your message easy to act on

A good support message has four parts: your username, what happened, when it happened, and what you expected instead. Screenshots help enormously. For anything involving payments or coins, include the receipt or transaction reference — but never send your full card number, password, or verification codes. We will never ask for them by email.

Reporting another user

If someone made you uncomfortable, the in-app report option (on their profile or in the conversation) is the fastest path — it attaches the context our team needs. The safety page explains how blocking and reporting work. If you can't reach the in-app tools, email us the username and a description and we'll take it from there.

Privacy requests

For anything about your personal data — access, correction, deletion — email the same inbox with "Privacy request" in the subject line. The privacy policy describes your rights in detail.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I contact PinkGirlChat support?

Email [email protected] from the address tied to your account, describe what happened, and include any relevant screenshots. You can also reach us at the support address listed in our app.

What should I include in my message?

Your username, a clear description of the issue, when it happened, and what you have already tried. For payment questions, include the receipt or transaction reference — never your full card number.

How do I report another user?

The fastest route is the report option on their profile or in the conversation inside the app. If you cannot access it, email support with the person's username and what happened.
